Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou bolestí u seniorů. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, zda zdravotnický personál v dostatečné míře sleduje a hodnotí pomocí škál bolest u seniorů bolest a v rámci ošetřovatelského procesu využívá nefarmakologickou péči. Práce se skládá ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část práce se zabývá bolestí, hodnocením bolesti a stářím. K vypracování praktické části byla použita kvantitativní metoda formou anonymního dotazníkového šetření.

Bachelor thesis deals with the pain in the elderly. The aim of the study was to determine whether the medical staff, adequately monitored and evaluated using pain scales and pain in the elderly in the nursing process uses a nonpharmacological care.The work consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part deals with pain, assessment of pain and old age. The elaboration of practical part was used quantitative met?hod in the form of an anonymous questionnaire.
