Oponent Jan Panocha Abstrakt Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou sítě sociálních služeb na Podbořansku (ORP Podbořany). Cílem bakalářské práce je zjistit slepá místa sítě služeb v ORP Podbořany a vyhodnotit příčiny jejich absence. Dílčím cílem této práce bylo zjistit případný potenciál na doplnění chybějících služeb a na základě zjištěných informací navrhnout možná řešení situace. Výzkum probíhal na základě polostrukturovaných rozhovorů se sociálními pracovníky sociálních služeb v ORP Podbořany a dalšími osobami, které jsou se sítí služeb v této oblasti spojovány. Rozhovory byly doplněny analýzou relevantních dokumentů. Práce se zabývá sociálními službami v České republice a popisem sítě sociálních služeb v ORP Podbořany. Dále se v práci věnuji financování a komunitnímu plánování sociálních služeb. V bakalářské práci je popsán průběh výzkumu, specifikován výběr respondentů a obsahuje interpretaci dat, které z výzkumu vyplývají. Výsledky výzkumu ukázaly, že k rozšiřování sítě sociálních služeb v ORP Podbořany nedochází primárně z důvodu uzavřené Základní sítě kraje. Dále se ukázalo, že v ORP Podbořany je znatelná absence komunitního plánu a kapacitně zde převažují sociální služby péče. This bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the network of social services in the Podbořany region (ORP Podbořany). The aim of the bachelor thesis is to identify the blind spots of the service network in ORP Podbořany and to evaluate the causes of their absence. The partial goal was to determine the potential for supplementing the missing services and, based on the information obtained, to suggest possible solutions to the situation.The research was conducted on the basis of semi-structured interviews with social workers of social services in ORP Podbořany and other persons who are connected with the network of services in this area. The interviews were supplemented by an analysis of relevant documents. The thesis deals with social services in the Czech Republic and a descriptionof the network of social services in ORP Podbořany. Furthermore, in my work I deal with the financing of social services, which is an integral part of every social service and community planning of social services. The bachelor's thesis describes the course of the research, specifies the selection of respondents and contains an interpretationof the data that result from the research. The results of the research showed that the expansion of the network of social services in ORP Podbořany does not occur primarily due to the closed Basic Network of the region. Furthermore, it turned out that in the ORP Podbořany there is a noticeable absence of a community plan and social care services predominate in terms of capacity.
