Poznámky Lic. smlouva Abstrakt Cílem této práce je posoudit záměr sloučení celní a daňové správy v rámci reformy daňového systému České republiky, a to ve vztahu k oběma slučovaným organizacím. Integrace celní a daňové správy je prvním krokem na cestě vedoucí k sloučení výběru daní, cel a pojistného na veřejnoprávní pojištění, resp. vytvoření jednoho inkasního místa pro příjmy veřejných rozpočtů, předloženého Ministerstvem financí v rámci reformy daňového systému, která má být první skutečně komplexní reformou daňového systému v České republice od roku 1993. Účelem integrace celní a daňové správy je zejména zvýšení efektivity správy příjmů, neboť integrace celní a daňové správy přispěje prostřednictvím racionalizace organizační struktury vedoucí ke snížení počtu útvarů a počtu funkčních míst ke snížení administrativních nákladů spojených s výběrem daní. Práce si rovněž klade za cíl seznámit čtenáře s událostmi, které záměru sloučení celní a daňové správy předcházely, včetně novodobé historie obou organizací. The intention of this thesis is to review the project of the customs and tax administration's integration within the frame of the tax system's reform in the Czech Republic namely in the nexus to both integrated establishments. The customs and tax administration's integration is a first measure on the way leading to the integration of taxes, duties' and premium's on the national insurance drawings or more precisely to the creating of the sole collecting bank for the public budget's revenue that Ministry of Finance submitted in terms of the tax system's reform that is about to become the first really complex tax system's reform in the Czech Republic since 1993. The purpose in the customs and tax administration's integration is especially the effectiveness of the revenue's government enhancement because the customs and tax administration's integration conduces by means of the organizational structure's rationalisation leading to the restriction of sections and working station's to the cutting down on administration expenses gathered together the revenue collection. This thesis aims also to acquaint readers with the events that predated the project of the customs and tax administration's integration including the modern history of both establishments.
