V souvislosti s touto problematikou je cílem analyzovat význam supervize a její vliv na rozvoj organizací a pracovníků, kteří v nich působí. Práce též poukazuje na možná pozitiva a negativa, jež souvisí s využíváním supervize v organizacích. Na začátku práce je popsán metodologický postup výzkumného šetření, ke kterému byla využita kvalitativní metoda sběru dat, konkrétně technika rozhovorů. Dále se práce věnuje tématu supervize, jejím cílům, formám, jejímu významu a podobně, ale také analýze sociální oblasti v daném kraji, teorii rozvoje organizace a pracovníků a také supervizi v kontextu organizace. V závěru práce následuje vyhodnocení získaných dat a jejich shrnutí.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis named The importance of supervision as one of options of growth social organization and professional growth of employees. This thesis is aims to mapping problematics in supervision in social organization area as general and specifically as well in Usti Region. Related to this problematic the goal is to analyze importance of supervision and her influence to growth of organizations and emloyees who are working in. Thesis points to possible positives and negatives which are related with supervision in organizations. In the beginning of thesis is described metodological process of research investigation where qualitative method of data collection was used (specifically technic of interview). In next part is described topic of supervision her goals, forms, her importance etc but also the analysis of the social area in the region, the theory of development of the organization and employees, as well as supervision in the context of the organization. At the end of this thesis is evaluation of collected data and their summarization.
