Vliv znečištění ovzduší organickými látkami za pachových epizod na plicní funkce obyvatel Krušnohoří [rukopis] / Terezie Antošová. -- 2020. -- 58 l. -- Oponent Miroslav Richter. -- Ved. práce Eva Rychlíková. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářské práce se zabývám tématem "Vliv znečištění ovzduší organickými látkami za pachových epizod na plicní funkce obyvatel Krušnohoří". Cílem této práce bylo zhodnotit, zda dýchací funkce odpovídaly věku, výšce a pohlaví respondentů při přítomnosti zápachu, a zda přítomnost znečištění vybranými látkami jejich plicní funkce ovlivnila. Statistické vyhodnocení výsledků probíhalo pomocí korelační analýzy, kde byla testována závislost dýchacích funkcí zkoumané skupiny na koncentraci vybraných znečišťujících látek v ovzduší. Ze získaných dat byly vytvořeny přehledné grafy a tabulky, které shrnují výsledky statistického měření. Analýza dat ukázala, že aerosolové částice a O3 vliv na dýchací funkce obyvatel neměly, naproti tomu SO2 a NO2 dýchací funkce ovlivnily.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis focuses on the impact of air pollution on the human respiratory system in the Krusne hory region. The aim of this work was to evaluate whether respiratory functions corresponded to the age, height and sex of respondents, and whether the presence of pollution by selected substances affected their lung function. Statistical evaluation of the results was performed using correlation analysis, where the dependence of the respiratory functions of the examined group on the concentration of selected pollutants in the air was tested. From the gained data were created graphs and tables, which summarize the results of statistical measurements. Analysis of the data showed us that the respiratory functions of the population were not affected by aerosol particles and O3, whereas SO2 and NO2 affected the respiratory functions.
