Dále jsou popsány principy, tematické oblasti školní inkluze či metody a formy výuky. Na základě platné legislativy jsou charakterizovány pozice učitele a asistenta pedagoga. Dle dostupných metodik jsou vymezeny předpoklady a způsob jejich vzájemné spolupráce. V neposlední řadě jsou zpracována témata týkající se speciálních vzdělávacích potřeb, podpůrných opatření, individuálního vzdělávacího plánu či plánu pedagogické podpory. Další část práce je věnována demografické charakteristice a statistice základního vzdělávání v kraji ve školním roce 2018/2019. Empirická část práce je založena na kvantitativním výzkumu s využitím dotazníkového šetření. Hlavním cílem práce je vymezení základních faktorů spolupráce učitelů a asistentů pedagoga na základních školách v Ústeckém kraji. Dílčí cíle jsou zaměřeny na podporu spolupráce ze strany vedení, průběh spolupráce a celkovou spokojenost s nastavením spolupráce.. -- Abstrakt: The Bachelor Thesis named Factors of cooperation between teachers and teacher assistants in elementary schools in the Ústí region in its theoretical part defines the concept of integration and inclusion and the difference between them. Further are described principles and thematic areas of school inclusion, and methods and forms of teaching. The position of the teacher and the teacher assistant is characterized based on the legislation in force. The prerequisites and the way of their cooperation are defined according to the available methodologies. Last but not least, there are elaborated topics related to special educational needs, support measures, individualized educational program or plans of educational support. Another part of the thesis is dedicated to demographic characteristics and statistics of elementary education in the region in the school year 2018/2019. The empirical part of the thesis is based on quantitative research using a questionnaire survey. The main goal of the thesis is to define the basic factors of cooperation between teachers and teacher assistants at primary schools in the Ústí Region. Partial objectives are focused on support of cooperation by management, the areas of cooperation and overall satisfaction with the realization of cooperation.
