Brexit jako politický problém ve Velké Británii / Nikita Elinov. -- 2021. -- 89 listů : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Lukáš Novotný. -- Oponent Jan Charvát. -- Abstrakt: Cílem této diplomové práce je popsat proces tzv. brexitu, tedy vystoupení Velké Británie z Evropské unie. Pro pochopení souvislostí jsou nejprve vyložené jednotlivé fáze evropské integrace ve druhé polovině 20. století. Zároveň se snažíme tyto události interpretovat z pohledu Velké Británie. Pokusíme se popsat, v čem se vize britských vlád rozcházely s vizemi evropských představitelů a jaké pro to byly důvody. Neopomeneme přihlédnout i k postojům britské veřejnosti. Ve druhé části práce si více přiblížíme události, které vedly k vyhlášení referenda o setrvání Velké Británie v Evropské unii. Pokusíme se popsat hlavní důvody, které nakonec vedly k volbě Britů opustit EU. Samotný proces brexitu, i s jeho politickými a právními aspekty bude zachycen pomocí chronologicky koncipované případové studie. V závěru se pokusíme analyzovat několik vybraných aspektů brexitu, jmenovitě dopady na imigrační politiku Velké Británie, mezinárodní obchod a rybolov.. -- Abstrakt: The purpose of the thesis is to describe the process of so-called Brexit, the withdrawal of the United Kingdom from the European Union. For a better understanding of this issue, the initial phases of the European integration in the second half of the 20th century are described first. Most of these events are described from the British government's perspective. We are trying to analyse the reasons behind different preferences of both British and their European counterparts. Also, we will try to reflect upon the public opinion on these events. In the second part of the thesis, we will define the events that occurred before, during and after the referendum on British withdrawal from the EU. The process of the withdrawal itself will be described in the form of a chronological case study. In the final part of the thesis, we will try to analyse several political and legal aspects of the Brexit: immigration policy, international trade and fisheries policy.
