Determinanty úspor domácností v zemích Evropské unie / Kateřina Mašková. -- 2021. -- 50 stran + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Kateřina Felixová. -- Oponent Tomáš Siviček. -- Abstrakt: Hlavním cílem této práce je identifikovat hlavní determinanty úspor domácností v Evropské unii. Předmětem zkoumání byl vliv determinantů na hrubou míru úspor domácností. Přidanou hodnotou práce je rozšíření determinantů z ekonomické a demografické oblasti. Pro analýzu byla použita data z Eurostatu. Panelová data jsem vyhodnotila metodou nejmenších čtverců, metodou fixních efektů a metodou náhodných efektů. Závislou proměnnou byly hrubé míry úspor domácností a nezávislými proměnnými byly zvoleny výdaje na konečnou spotřebu domácností, tempo růstu HDP, vládní výdaje, inflace, míra nezaměstnanosti, dlouhodobá úroková míra, populace nad 65 let, dluh soukromého sektoru a hustota obyvatelstva. Pomocí testů jsem vyhodnotila jako nejvhodnější model s náhodnými efekty. Výsledkem práce je, že výdaje na konečnou spotřebu, tempo růstu HDP a nezaměstnanost mají nepřímý vztah na úspory domácností a vládní výdaje mají přímý vztah. U ostatních proměnných je vztah nevýznamný.. -- Abstrakt: The main goal of this work is to identify the main determinants of household savings in the European Union. The subject of the research was the influence of determinants on the gross rate of household savings. The added value of the work is the expansion of determinants from the economic and demographic area. Data from Eurostat were used for the analysis. I evaluated the panel data using the least squares method, the fixed effects method and the random effects method. The dependent variable was gross household savings rates, and the independent variables were household final consumption expenditure, GDP growth rate, government expenditure, inflation, unemployment rate, long-term interest rate, population over 65, private sector debt and population density. Using tests, I evaluated it as the most suitable model with random effects. The result of the work is that final consumption expenditure, GDP growth rate and unemployment are indirectly related to household savings and government expenditure is directly related. For the other variables, the relationship is insignificant.
