Dále zkoumá díla Hladové Hry a Divergence jako primární příklady dnešní dystopické literatury pro mladistvé, aby ukázala jejich podobnosti ve snaze najít vlastnosti a jejich specifické využití, kterými lákají pozornost především mladistvého publika. Na základě těchto vlastností dokazuje, že Dystopie je jediný žánr schopný tyto témata kombinovat takovým specifickým způsobem, který tvoří díla vysoce zajímavými pro mladistvé, čímž se stává hlavním žánrem literatury pro mladistvé.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis defines Dystopia and young adult's literature, and shows the defined features on contemporary works. It examines The Hunger Games and Divergent as prime examples of today's dystopian young adult's literature to show their similarities in a search of themes and their specific use which draws attention especially within young adult audience. On the basis of those themes, it claims that Dystopia is the only genre capable of combining them in such a specific way, which makes the works highly appealing to young adult audience, and therefore is becoming the leading genre of young adult's literature.
