Analýza pedagogických postupů při práci s nadaným žákem / Barbora Sirůčková. -- 2019. -- 91 listů : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Pavel Doulík. -- Oponent Zdeněk Svoboda. -- Abstrakt: Hlavním cílem diplomové práce s názvem Analýza pedagogických postupů při práci s nadaným žákem je, na základě teoretické analýzy z dostupných literárních zdrojů a realizovaného výzkumného šetření, zjistit postupy pedagogů 1. stupně základních škol při práci s nadaným žákem. Diplomová práce se skládá ze dvou částí - teoretické a empirické. Teoretická část obsahuje tři kapitoly. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zaobírá základními teoretickými východisky nadání s ohledem na vybrané edukační problémy nadaných žáků na základních školách. Dále se práce podrobněji věnuje možnostem práce s jedinci s nadáním. Empirické šetření realizované v rámci výzkumné části diplomové práce je zaměřeno na analýzu postupů pedagogů při práci s nadanými žáky, kteří navštěvují 1. stupeň základní školy. Získané informace byly analyzovány a vzájemně porovnávány s dostupnými materiály. Na základě výzkumného šetření v rámci empirické části diplomové práce byla stanovena doporučení pro sociálně-pedagogickou praxi.. -- Abstrakt: The main objective of the thesis titled Analysis of pedagogical methods working with a talented pupil is based on the theoretical analysis of available literature sources and research investigation, to find out how the 1st grade primary schools teachers work with a talented pupil. The thesis consists of two parts - theoretical and empirical. The theoretical part contains three chapters. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the basic theoretical bases of talent with regard to selected educational problems of talented pupils at primary schools. Furthermore, the work highlights the possibilities of working with individuals with talent. The empirical research carried out within the research part of the thesis is focused on the analysis of the pedagogues' practice when working with talented pupils attending the 1st grade of primary school. The received pieces of information were analysed and compared with available materials. On the basis of the research in the framework of the empirical part of the thesis were established recommendations for socio-pedagogical practice.
