Tato problematika nese název Sendvičová generace a provází nás celou prací. Nejprve nás seznámí s tím, co to vlastně Sendvičová generace je a jak vznikla. Poté nám představí tuto problematiku ve vybraných zemích a porovná ji s Českou republikou. Sdělí nám, jaké jsou potřeby těchto žen a představí nám možné formy pomoci. Uvede nám základní výzkumné otázky, které se potvrdí pomocí rozhovorů, jež probíhaly s účastnicemi výzkumu.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis descriebes the problem of women who find themselves in a difficult life situation when they have to take care of children and old parents at the same time. This issues is called the Sandwich generation, and it accompanies us all. At the beginning the thesis describes what selected countries and compare it with Czech Republic. The thesis conclusion introduces what the needs of these women are and compares shows the possible forms of assistance. The conclusion give the readers answers on basic research questions, which will be confirmed by the interviews that took place with the research participants.
