Prieskum bol realizovaný v Českej republike v Krajskej zdravotní a.s. nemocnici Ústí nad Labem a Děčín a na Slovensku vo Fakultnej nemocnici s poliklinikou F. D. Roosevelta v Banskej Bystrici. Cieľom našej bakalárskej práce je zistiť využitie masáže hrádze počas tehotenstva a efektivitu využívania alternatívnych metód. Empirická časť práce sa orientuje na porovnanie informovanosti žien v Českej republike a na Slovensku. Pomocou zmapovania využívania alternatívnych metód a efektívnosti pôrodníckej pomôcky EPI-NO. Zvolili sme si kvantitatívny výskum šetrenia a ako vhodnú metódu sme si zvolili anonymný dotazník. Výskumný súbor tvorili ženy na oddelení šestonedelia. Výskumný celok tvorilo 80 respondentiek. Výsledky ukázali, že tehotné ţeny sú informované a vedia o možnostiach predchádzania pôrodného poranenia. Preukázalo sa aj to, že veľká skupina opýtaných žien využívala v tehotenstve metódy prevencie nástrihu hrádze.. -- Abstrakt: Bachelor thesis deals with the Antepartal usage of the perineal massages for the episiotomy and perineal rupture prevention. The research was carried out in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. In the Czech Republic, it has been carried out in Krajská zdravotní a.s. hospital, in the cities of Ústí nad Labem and Děčín. In Slovakia, it has been carried out in the F. D. Roosevelt University Hospital in Banská Bystrica. The aim of our Bachelor thesis is to ascertain the usage of the perineal massages during pregnancy and the effectiveness in using some of the alternative methods. The empirical part of our work is aimed towards the comparison of women's awareness in the Czech Republic and in Slovakia. The comparison is done by mapping the usage of the alternative methods and the effectiveness of the obstetrical device EPINO. We have decided for the quantitative research investigation and we have chosen an anonymous questionnaire as a suitable method for it. Our research sample consists of women in the department of puerperium. The research sample consisted of 80 respondents in total. The Results showed that pregnant women are well informed and they are aware of the possibilities of the childbirth injury. It has been also shown that a large group of women used the methods of preventional perineal cut during pregnancy.
