Návrh elektrického rozvaděče stroje / Aleš Kraka. -- 2018. -- 53 listů : barevné ilustrace, schémata + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Vladislav Síťař. -- Abstrakt: Práce se zabývá rekonstrukcí stroje a jeho elektrického rozvaděče s důrazem na zvýšení bezpečnosti a zautomatizování samotného procesu ovinování izolace. Jejím obsahem je osazení stroje vhodnými pohony a snímači, kompletní navržení elektrického schématu se silovou i ovládací částí a fotodokumentací rekonstrukce. Jedná se o izolování vnitřního pláště kryogenní nádoby. Další nezbytnou částí této práce je navržení algoritmu pro PLC (programovatelný logický automat). Navržení uživatelského prostředí dotykového panelu a vzájemná komunikace s PLC. Práce také obsahuje volbu komponentů pro rozvaděč a popis následné montáže. V neposlední řadě také popisuje jednotlivé použité prvky této rekonstrukce a jejich ekonomickou náročnost.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis deals with the reconstruction of the machine and its electrical switchgear with an emphasis on increasing the safety and automation of the isolation process. It contain the installation of machines with suitable drives and sensors, a complete design of the electrical schema with a power and control part inclusive of continuous photo documentation from the reconstruction process. It is about the isolation of the inner shell of cryogenic container. Another necessary part of this thesis is the design of the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) algorithm. Designing the user interface of the touch panel and communicating with the PLC. The work also includes a choice of components for the electrical switchgear and describes the assembly procedure. Last but not least, it also describes the individual elements of this reconstruction and their cost.
