Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s kraniocerebrálním traumatem / Šárka Stuchlá. -- 2018. -- 53 listů, 10 nečíslovaných listů příloh : barevné ilustrace. -- Oponent Kamila Madarová. -- Vedoucí práce Alena Kohlová. -- Abstrakt: Komplexní ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta po kraniocerebrálním poranění je teoreticko-praktickou prací. V první části je stručně popsána anatomie mozku, druhy poranění mozku, diagnostika, léčba a specifika ošetřovatelské péče. Ve druhé části, praktické, jsem přiblížila specifika ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta po kraniotraumatu. V práci je vypracována kazuistika u konkrétního pacienta hospitalizovaného na oddělení Kliniky anesteziologie, perioperační a intenzívní medicíny (KAPIM) v Ústí nad Labem a rozhovor příbuzných pacienta. Popsala jsem skutečné a předpokládané problémy pacienta po kranitraumatu. Cílem práce je objasnit náročnost intenzívní ošetřovatelské péče a tím přispět ke zkvalitnění péče o pacienty po kraniotraumatu. Splněním cílů jsem potvrdila, že po poranění mozku je pacient v ohrožení života a je nutné, aby sestra byla schopná reagovat správně v jednotlivých fázích procesu.. -- Abstrakt: Comprehensive nursing care for a patient after craniocerebral injury is a theoretical and practical work. In the first part is briefly described brain anatomy, types of brain injury, diagnostics, treatment and specifics of nursing care. In the second part, practical, I ap-proached the specifics of nursing care in a patient after craniotrauma. In this work, a case report is prepared for a particular patient hospitalized at the Department of Anesthesia, Perioperative and Intensive Medicine (KAPIM) in Ústí nad Labem and an interview with the patient. I have described the patient's real and anticipated problems after cranio-trauma. The aim of the work is to clarify the intensity of intensive nursing care and thus to contribute to the improvement of the care of patients after craniotrau-ma. By meeting the goals I have confirmed that after the brain injury, the patient is at risk of life and it is necessary for the nurse to be able to respond properly in the various phases of the process.
