Trauma a psychický růst = Trauma and mental growth / Karolína Holanová. -- 2018. -- 49 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Hynek Tippelt. -- Oponent Vít Pokorný. -- Abstrakt: Ústředním tématem bakalářské práce je pojetí traumatu a psychického růstu z pohledu těch nejznámějších a nejuznávanějších psychologů a psychoterapeutů. V práci je srozumitelně definován a vysvětlen pojem traumatu. Dozvíme se, v jaké části života se s traumatem můžeme setkat a kdo nebo co ho mohou způsobovat. Na to navazuje část, ve které se práce soustředí na různé následky traumatu - od méně vážných po ty nejkomplikovanější - a jejich léčení. V souvislosti s léčením traumatu je v práci popsán ideální vztah mezi terapeutem a pacientem a cíle terapie. Poslední část práce je na principu pilotního výzkumu, kde se zkoumá, díky zakomponovanému dotazníku, kolik lidí se o problematiku traumatu zajímá a něco o ní ví. Tento dotazník je poté zpracován a vyhodnocen.. -- Abstrakt: The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the concept of trauma and mental growth from the point of view of the most famous and revered psychologists and psychoterapists. The term trauma is defined andexplained comprehensibly in the thesis. We discover in which parts of life can we come across trauma and who or what can be he causes. This part is followed by exploration of various effects of trauma - mild as well as severe and complicated - and their healing. The thesis, in relation to healing trauma, describes the ideal relationship between a patient and therapist, as well as the aims of therapy. The last part of the thesis is based on the pilot study, which in the form of a questionnaire explores how many people are interested in or familiar with the problematics of trauma. The questionnaire is then analysed and assesed.
