Analýza vztahů k autoritě učitele na střední škole / Jana Janová. -- 2017. -- 92 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Arnošt Smolík. -- Oponent Ivana Kratochvílová. -- Abstrakt: Obsahem této diplomové práce je analýza vztahů k autoritě učitele u žáků na střední škole, ke které byly vybrány dvě střední školy. Výběr byl cíleně zaměřen na konkrétní typy škol z důvodu rozdílného genderového složení žáků 3. a 4. ročníků. Práce se skládá z teoretické a praktické - výzkumné části. V teoretické části budou základními východisky témata související s autoritou učitele, tedy pedagogická interakce a komunikace, osobnost žáka, osobnost učitele a jejich vzájemný vztah, dále pak klima školní třídy, kázeň a pozornost při výuce a autorita všeobecně. Výzkumná část je založena na shromáždění dat pomocí dotazníkového šetření a jejich vyhodnocení pomocí statistického zpracování dat. Cílem tohoto šetření je analyzovat vnímání autority učitele ze strany žáků na střední škole. Na základě zjištěných výsledků budou stanovena doporučení pro zlepšení sociálního klimatu třídy a vztahu učitel žák.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis is focused on analysis of relations to teacher´s authority among high school students of two selected high schools. Selection was specifically targeted to specific types of schools due to the different gender composition of students. The thesis consists of a theoretical and practical - research part. In the theoretical part, the topics related to the teacher's authority, ie pedagogical interaction and communication, the students personality, the teacher's personality and their relationship, the climate of the school class, discipline and attention in teaching and authority in general are the basis. The research part is based on the data collection using a questionnaire survey and their evaluation using statistical data processing. The aim of this survey is to analyze the perception of the teacher's authority by high school pupils. On the basis of the findings, recommendations will be made to improve the social climate of the class and the teacher-students relationship.
