Série obsahovala borany a metallakarborany. Pro stanovení bodu tání byl použit bodotávek Büchi B545. Po přechodu přes bod tání bylo potřeba identifikovat případné změny ve struktuře studovaných molekul s pomocí TLC a HPLC MS. Strukturní přeměna molekul proběhla u celkem sedmi studovaných látek, nejčastěji odbouráním substituentů.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this work was to determine the melting point of a carborane derivatives sample set and to identify substances after passing through the melting point, when structural changes are often made. The sample set contained boranes, carboranes and metallacarboranes. Melting point apparature Büchi B545 was used to determine the melting point. After melting point determination was necessary to identify changes in the structure of the molecule using TLC and HPLC MS. The structural transformations of the molecules occured in 7 substances, most often by the degradation of the substituents.
