Praktickým výstupem této práce je autorská kolekce třech porcelánových figurálních plastik nazvaná "Maskoti". Výjev samotného autora v masce se snaží pomocí nadsázky a pitoresknosti vyrovnat s určitým druhem samoty jedince v dnešní nekonzistentní době.. -- Abstrakt: This diploma thesis is called "Beyond the Shard" and it researches position of porcelain figurative sculpture in today's interior. The practical part of this work is the design of author collection called "Mascots". A scene of the author itself appearing in the mask is a trial to deal with certain kind of one's loneliness in our not really consistent time.
