Jsou Bodin a Hobbes myslitelé absolutistické teorie vlády? / David Nowak. -- 2016. -- 55 listů + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Jiří Chotaš. -- Abstrakt: Předmětem této bakalářské práce je interpretace teorií suverenity Jeana Bodina a Thomase Hobbese. První kapitola je věnována náčrtu politického řádu ve středověku. Ve druhé kapitole interpretujeme Bodinovu teorii suverenity v jejím historicko-politickém kontextu, zčásti jako reakci na chaos náboženských válek ve Francii. Ve třetí kapitole tvrdíme, že Hobbes prohloubil svou teorii suverenity a založil ji na moderní verzi teorie společenské smlouvy. Nakonec pak diskutujeme, zda Bodin a Hobbes jsou zastánci absolutismu.. -- Abstrakt: Subject of this bachelor´s thesis is an interpretation of theories of sovereignty in the works of Jean Bodin and Thomas Hobbes. The first chapter is devoted to the outline of political order in the medieval times. In the second chapter we interpret Bodin´s theory of sovereignty in its historical-political context, partly in reaction to the chaos of the French wars of religion. In the third chapter we argue that Hobbes has strenghtened his theory of sovereignty, grounding it on a modern version of the social contract theory. In the end we discuss the question, if Bodin and Hobbes are proponents of the Absolutism.
