Analýza životnosti vybraných VBD / Jan Spodniak. -- 2016. -- 93 listů : barevné ilustrace, grafy, schémata + 1 CD. -- Vedoucí práce Nataša Náprstková. -- Abstrakt: Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou životnosti vybraných vyměnitelných břitových destiček pro soustružení. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř částí, a to na teoretickou část, přípravu experimentu, měření a analýzy a vyhodnocení experimentu. V teoretické části je popsána problematika soustružení, dále řezný nástroj, nástrojové roviny a úhly, teorie nástrojových materiálů, speciálně slinutých karbidů a jejich povlaků, dále pak obrobitelnost materiálu, tvar a tvorba třísky, životnost, trvanlivost a opotřebení nástroje. Dále následuje samotný experiment. V části příprava experimentu je popsán obráběný materiál, použité řezné nástroje a řezné podmínky. V další kapitole měření a analýzy jsou vybrané břitové destičky podrobeny EDS a SEM analýzám. Dále je v této kapitole zpracováno hodnocení třísky dle tvaru, velikosti a hmotnosti. Nakonec je v kapitole vyhodnocení experimentu provedeno zhodnocení všech zkoumaných VBD z hlediska provedených analýz. Výsledky práce jsou shrnuty v kapitole závěr a doporučení.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis analyzes the life of the indexable cutting inserts for turning. The work is divided into four parts, the theoretical part of the experiment, measurement and analysis and assessment of experiments. The theoretical part describes the problems of turning, further cutting tool, tool planes and angles, the theory of tool materials, especially sintered carbides and coatings, as well as machinability of the material, shape and chip formation, durability and tool wear. This is followed by the experiment itself. In chapter preparation of the experiment is described the machined material, used cutting tools and cutting conditions. In the next chapter of measurement and analysis cutting inserts are subjected to EDS and SEM analysis. The evaluation of chips according to the shape, size and weight is written further in this chapter. Finally the evaluation of all examined inserts is described in the chapter evaluation of experiment. The results are summarized in chapter conclusion and recommendations.
