Má teoretická část se zabývá nemocničním sektorem v České republice, zdravotním systémem v České republice i v zahraničí, nemocnicemi a jejich funkcemi, klasifikací a statistickými údaji, týkající se nemocnic v České republice, práce také popisuje financování zdravotnictví v České republice. V práci jsou dále uváděny základní údaje o Krajské zdravotní, a.s. a Nemocnici Pardubického kraje, a.s. V praktické části mé práce provádím finanční analýzu Krajské zdravotní, a.s. v letech 2006-2013, kde pro aktuální porovnání uvádím také rok 2014. Výsledky finanční analýzy jsou uvedeny v tabulkách a graficky znázorněny, dále je k nim uváděn hodnotící komentář, v závěru mé práce provedu ještě základní porovnání Krajské zdravotní, a.s. s Nemocnicí Pardubického kraje, a.s.. -- Abstrakt: The scope of this Diploma thesis is "Analysis of financial management of the company Krajská zdravotní, a.s. in years 2006-2013". The theoretical part focuses mainly on the hospital sector in Czech Republic, the health care system in Czech republic compare to the foreign countries, defining hospitals as the facilities providing medical treatment and their basic functions, classification including statistical data regarding the hospitals in Czech Republic. Further is the thesis dealing with financing of Czech health service sector. The thesis presents also fundamental figures of Krajská zdravotní, a.s. and Nemocnice Pardubického Kraje, a.s. (another privately owned hospital). The practical part provides overview of the financial analysis results of the company Krajská zdravotní, a.s. in the period of years 2006-2013 followed by the analysis of the financial year 2014 in order to complete the whole picture. The results of financial analysis are incorporated into tables supported by graphs, charts and evaluating anotation. The final section of the thesis contains elementary comparison of companies Krajská zdravotní, a.s. and Nemocnice Pardubického kraje, a.s.
