Teoretická část je zaměřená na strojírenské materiály a technologie využívané při zpracovávání kovů, produkci průmyslových odpadů a průmyslových odpadních vod včetně související legislativy. Praktická část popisuje strojírenské technologie využívané při výrobě pístů společností KS Kolbenschmidt Czech Republic, a.s. se zaměřením na technologie povrchových úprav využívajících vodu a následný vznik odpadních technologických vod a přehled produkovaných odpadů včetně analýzy a vyhodnocení nakládání s odpady. Závěrem práce je návrh na využití odpadních vod z povrchových úprav a mytí pístů.. -- Abstrakt: The diploma thesis examines the waste production and handling of waste that has been produced during the manufacturing of pistons from the aluminium alloys for the petrol engines in the company KS Kolbenschmidt Czech Republic, a.s., Trmice, district Ústí nad Labem. The theoretical part is focused on the engineering materials and technologies used during the metal treatment, the industrial waste production and the industrial sewage, including the related legislation. The practical part describes the engineering technologies used during the pistons manufacturing in the company KS Kolbenschmidt Czech Republic, a.s. and it is focused on the surface finishes technologies which use water, on the consequent formation of industrial sewages and on the summary of produced waste including the analysis and evaluation of waste management. There is a proposal to use the sewage from the surface finish and washing of the pistons at the conclusion of this diploma thesis.
