Deliberativní pojetí demokracie a její uplatnitelnost v praxi / Martina Laláková. -- 2015. -- 93 listů. -- Vedoucí práce Martin Šimsa. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce s názvem Deliberativní pojetí demokracie a její uplatnitelnost v praxi je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a zabývá se přehledem současné deliberativní teorie demokracie. V teoretické části se autorka bude zabývat stručnými dějinami deliberativní demokracie a systematickým výkladem základních teoretických východisek a normativních formulací deliberativní demokracie. Práce se snaží představit nový model demokracie, založený na principech diskursivní etiky, s ohledem na empirické případy, které je možné hodnotit jako realistickou normativní alternativu liberálnímu a republikánskému modelu demokracie. V praktické části autorka seznámí s rozmanitými demokratickými experimenty z poslední doby. Autorka provede analýzu a deskripci několika experimentů převážně na našem území a v zahraničí, následně zhodnotí výsledky, které experimenty přinesly. Práce si klade za cíl zjistit, zda provedené deliberativní experimenty odpovídají teoretickému podkladu a principům tohoto nového modelu demokracie. V závěru se práce zaměří na možné doporučení a návrhy na modifikaci modelu pro lepší praktickou uplatnitelnost v dnešní společnosti.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis Deliberative concept Democracy and its applicability in practice is divided into theoretical and practical part and deals with an overview of current theories of deliberative democracy. In the theoretical part, the author will deal with a brief history of deliberative democracy and systematic interpretation of the basic theoretical assumptions and normative formulations of deliberative democracy. Work seeks to introduce a new model of democracy, based on the principles of discourse ethics with regard to empirical cases that can be evaluated as a realistic normative alternative liberal and republican model of democracy. In the practical part, the author introduces a variety of democratic experiments in recent years. The author analyzes the description of a few experiments mainly in our country and abroad, then evaluate the results of that experiment brought. The work aims to determine whether implementation of deliberative experiments correspond to the theoretical background and principles of this new model of democracy. At the end of the work will focus on possible recommendations and proposals for modification of the model to better practical applicability in today's society.
