Analýza sociálního vyloučení lidí bez přístřeší v oblasti bydlení [rukopis] / Petr Bláha. -- 2014. -- 58 l. + 1 CD-ROM. -- Ved. práce Petr Matoušek. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce se zabývá otázkou sociálního vyloučení lidí bez přístřeší v oblasti bydlení. V návaznosti na neexistenci centrální definice sociálního bydlení v České republice řeší otázku kvality dnešního bydlení lidí bez přístřeší. A zaměřuje se na lidi bez přístřeší v několika typech bydlení, a to na ubytovně, v azylovém domě a na ulici. Jejich bydlení je hodnoceno ve srovnání s definicí domova podle typologie bezdomovectví ETHOS, a to znamená ve třech oblastech domova, tedy ve fyzické, sociální a právní oblasti, které jsou dále operacionalizovány. Domov je přitom chápán tak, že neznamená jen fyzické přístřeší, jen čtyři stěny, ale že jde o určitý význam, který tento prostor přináší. Cílem práce je analyzovat nedostatky bydlení a navrhnou řešení v oblasti jejich bydlení. Bakalářská práce vychází z kvalitativních rozhovorů a z písemných zdrojů. Na základě kvalitativní analýzy dat zjišťuje, že bydlení lidí bez přístřeší je nepřiměřené pro vlastní činnosti osoby, že v něm je problematická možnost sociálních vztahů, a že je zde nedostatečná právní ochrana bydlení. Proto je bydlení lidí bez přístřeší hodnoceno jako vyloučení z bydlení. Bakalářská práce navrhuje jako řešení samostatný nájemní byt a koncept sociálního bydlení "housing first". Navrhuje také poradenství pro osoby v oblasti bydlení a zmiňuje i otázku dostupnosti bydlení.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis deals with the question of social exclusion of the homeless in the area of housing. Following non-existence of the central definition of social housing in The Czech Republic it solves the question of quality of today housing of the homeless. And it focuses on the homeless, who live in some types of housing, it means in a private hostel, in a shelter and on the streets. Their housing is evaluated in comparison with the definition of home according to ETHOS Typology on Homelessness and Housing Exclusion, and that means in three domains of home, which means in physical, social and legal domain, which are further operationalized. Home is here considered not only to be a physical shelter, only four walls, but to have a certain meaning, which this space brings with it. The goal of the bachelor thesis is to analyze shortages of housing and to propose a solution in the area of their housing. The bachelor thesis is based on qualitative interviews and written sources. On the basis of the qualitative analysis of data it finds out, that housing of the homeless is inadequate for own activities of a person, that there is a difficult possibility of social relationships, and that there is inadequate legal protection of housing. Housing of the homeless is therefore considered as housing exclusion. The bachelor thesis proposes a single flat with a standard lease contract and a social housing approach "housing first" as a solution. It also proposes consultancy for the homeless in the area of housing and it mentions also the question of the availability of housing.
