Hlavním cílem této práce je na základě vlastního terénního šetření zmapovat a zanalyzovat brownfieldy na území okresu Litoměřice a navrhnout možnost jejich revitalizace. Celá práce je rozčleněna do pěti hlavních kapitol. První kapitola je zaměřena na teoretická východiska k problematice brownfieldů. Druhá kapitola se věnuje evidenci brownfieldů na území České republiky. Jsou zde popsány dvě hlavní celostátní databáze brownfieldů, u kterých je provedena následná analýza jejich výstupů. Další kapitola poskytuje ucelený přehled o okresu Litoměřice, kde je kladen důraz především na jeho ekonomickou aktivitu. Čtvrtá kapitola je již zaměřena na samotné vlastní šetření, kde je zpracována metodika vlastního šetření. Součástí je také analýza vlastních výstupů, která je dále podrobena komparaci s výstupy Národní databáze brownfieldů. V závěru diplomové práce jsou na základě dvou konkrétních příkladů nastíněny možnosti revitalizace browfieldů na území okresu Litoměřice.. -- Abstrakt: The topic of this dissertation is "Analysis of brownfields in the district Litoměřice". The main target of this work is to map and analyze brownfields in the district Litomeřice based on my own field survey and suggest the possibility of revitalization. The entire work is divided into five main chapters. The first chapter is focused on the theoretical solutions to the issue of brownfields. The second chapter deals with the registration of brownfields in the Czech Republic. There are described two main national databases of brownfields, where a subsequent analysis of their outputs is performed. The next chapter provides an overview of the district Litoměřice, where the emphasis is primarily put on its economic activity. The fourth chapter is focused on the very own investigation, where is the investigation methodology composed. It also includes an analysis of its own outputs, which is then brought under a comparison with the outputs of the National database of brownfields. In the conclusion of dissertation are the ways of revitalization of brownfields based on two concrete examples to illustrate it in the district Litoměřice.
