Léčba a ošetřování chronických ran alternativní metodou [rukopis] / Pavlína Labská. -- 2014. -- 90 l., [5] l. příl. : barev. il., grafy, tabulky. -- Ved. práce Hana Plachá. -- Abstrakt: Práce se zabývá problematikou chronických ran, jejich léčbou a ošetřováním alternativní metodou. Cílem práce bylo porovnat efektivitu léčby a ošetřování v hojení vybraných chronických ran, při použití alternativní metody a metody vlhkého hojení. Teoretická část popisuje informace o chronické ráně, jejím hojení, specifikuje péči o chronickou ránu, a také poukazuje na vedení dokumentace u chronické rány. Zjišťovali jsme výzkumné úkoly sledované parametry míru bolesti, interval převazu, dobu hojení, finanční náročnost a psychickou zátěž. A v praktické části jsme je porovnali mezi sebou. Praktická část byla zpracována na základě kazuistik, které jsou doplněny o fotodokumentaci a sledované parametry. Informace jsme získávali na oddělení chirurgie a následné péče. Bylo zpracováno pět kazuistik, ale vyhodnoceny budou pouze čtyři. Poslední kazuistika nebyla zahrnuta do výzkumu z důvodu neúspěšné léčby a následné amputace končetiny. Všechny parametry byly vyhodnoceny a vyhodnocení parametrů názorně uvedeno v tabulkách a grafech. V závěru na základě výsledků jsem vypracovala doporučení pro praxi, které by mělo sloužit pro management ošetřování chronických ran.. -- Abstrakt: The work deals with the problem of chronic wounds , their treatment and the management of the alternative method. The aim of the study was to compare the effectiveness of treatment and care in the healing of chronic wounds selected , using alternative methods and moist methods of healing. The theoretical part describes information on chronic wound healing her , specifies the care of a chronic wound , and also points to documentation management in chronic wounds . We examined the research tasks - monitored parameters - the degree of pain , bandaging interval , healing time, costs and the mental stress . A practical part we compare them with each other. The practical part has been prepared on the basis of case reports , which are accompanied by photographs of a monitored parameters. The information we received at the Department of Surgery and aftercare. It was created on five case studies , but only four will be evaluated . The last case report was not included in the research because of unsuccessful treatment and subsequent amputation . All parameters were evaluated and the evaluation parameters clearly indicated in the tables and graphs. In conclusion, based on the results I developed recommendations for practice, which should serve for nursing management of chronic wounds.
