Obecná část obsahuje stručný popis oboru revmatologie, anatomii kloubu a především rozbor revmatoidní artritidy. Speciální část pojednává o ucelené rehabilitaci u revmatoidní artritidy a o ergoterapii, kde jsou uvedeny její cíle, proces ergoterapeutické intervence a jednotlivé metody využívané při terapii. Hlavní částí této práce je kazuistika klientky s revmatoidní artritidou III. stupně. Pro dosažení cíle této práce jsou při zpracování kazuistiky použity metody pozorování, rozhovoru, dotazníkového šetření, měření a testování. Jsem toho názoru, že tato práce prokázala důležitost a nezastupitelnost ergoterapie prostřednictvím zvolených metod v případové studii.. -- Abstrakt: Bachelor thesis on theme "Occupational therapy for rheumatoid arthritis" is trying to create a summary of informations concerning rheumatoid arthritis and zoom the importance of occupational therapy intervention. The general section provides a brief description of the field of rheumatology, joint anatomy, and especially the analysis of rheumatoid arthritis. A special section deals with complex rehabilitation in rheumatoid arthritis and occupational therapy, which lists its objectives, the occupational therapy intervention and the various methods used in therapy. The main part of this work is case study of client with rheumatoid arthritis III. degree. To achieve the objective of this work are in the processing of case study used methods of observation, interview, questionnaire survey, measurement and testing. In my opinion this work demonstrates the importance and necessity of occupational therapy through the selected methods in the case study.
