Nastiňuje vývoj literatury pro děti a mládež v meziválečném období, tedy v období, kdy sám autor působil. Dále se zaměřuje na život Janusze Korczaka, jeho lékařskou, pedagogickou a spisovatelskou specializaci, která je dodnes celosvětově uznávaná. Analytická část práce je věnována knize Král Matýsek První a jejímu filmovému zpracování Král Matěj. Stěžejní kapitolou této práce je podrobný rozbor knihy Král Matýsek První. Zaobírá se nejdříve historickým kontextem, popisuje hlavní postavy díla a na jednotlivých ukázkách zobrazuje jednotlivé výchovné motivy, motivy války a samotný obsah knihy. Práce se dále zabývá rozborem filmu Král Matěj, který byl natočen na základě knižní předlohy a porovnává jej s knihou. Bakalářská práce se opírá o odborné prameny, ale je plná i osobních úvah a názorů, které vycházejí z četby sekundární literatury a samotné knihy Král Matýsek První a jejího hodnocení.. -- Abstrakt: This bachelor thesis concentrates on the figure of the Polish author Janusz Korczak. It outlines the development of children's literature and literature for young readers from the post-war period, which is also a period in which the author have worked. Then the thesis deals with the life of Janusz Korczak, his medical, pedagogic and writing specialization, today known and appreciated worldwide. The analythical part of this work is dedicated to the biography King Matthew First and to its film version King Matthew. The most significant chapter of this thesis is detail analysis of the biography King Matthew First. It focuses on its historical context, describes the main characters and it depicts on the individual samples the educational motives and motives for the war and the very content of this book. The work also concentrates on the analysis of the movie King Matthew, which was made on the basis of the book, and it also compares it with it.The bachelor thesis relies on the expert sources, but it is also full of personal thoughts and views that come out from the readings of the secondary literature and the very book King Matthew First and its evaluation.
