Následně bude práce pokračovat shrnutím obecných faktorů a historických událostí, které působily na rozvoj sídel a mohly ovlivnit základní příčiny zániku. Dále práce naváže na popis hlavních důvodů zanikání sídel a bude se snažit prozkoumat, zda na to mohla mít vliv samotná poloha těchto sídel. Cílem bude také studovat období, kdy sídla zanikala. Jako doplněk poslouží tabulky, obrázky, mapy a grafy, kde bude například znázorněn vývoj počtu obyvatel v zaniklých sídlech. Čtenář práce obdrží i informaci o definici zaniklého sídla odborníkem, laikem a o tom, jaký pohled na dané téma má sám autor.. -- Abstrakt: The aim of this paper is to create general list of defunct places in the district of Chomutov, which was established on the basics of a survey and comparison of data from historical and statistical lexicons. Then the bachelor´s thesis will be continue with summarizing general factors and historical events that influenced the development of places and could affect the main reason defuncing of places. In the other part we desribe the main reasons and we will try to examine if the location of these places could affect their extinct. The second aim would be study the period when the seats get lost. Tables, pictures, maps and graphs used as supplements to texts, for example graphs of the develompent of the population in defunct seats. The reader recieved basic information about expert´s definition, layman´s definition and author´s opinion about the topic.
