V teoretické části jsou pojmy týkající se problematiky zdraví jako celku, dále pak se zaměřením na zdravotnictví. Představení několika způsobů financování a organizace zdravotnictví v různých zemích. V praktické části je provedení podrobnější analýzy těchto mechanismu v Dánsku a České republice. Porovnání systémů, zhodnocení výhod a nevýhod a v závěru dojde k výběru z mého pohledu vhodnějšího způsobu pro financování a organizaci zdravotnictví. Přínosem práce je ukázat, jak je na tom zdravotnictví v České republice oproti zahraničí, tedy konkrétně Dánsku a zvolit buď stávající, nebo doporučit některé prvky ze zdravotnického systému v Dánsku.. -- Abstrakt: The work deals with the financing and organization of health care, an issue that is still under investigation. In the theoretical part are the terms related to health as a whole, than as a focus on health . The presentation of several methods of financing and organization of health care in different countries. In The practical part is a more detailed analysis of this mechanism in Denmark and the Czech Republic. Comparison of systems, assessment of the advantages and disadvantages, and in the end there is a choice from my perspective, a more appropriate way of financing and organization of health care. Contribution of this thesis is to show, how good is Healthcare in Czech Republic compared to other countries, namely Denmark and therefore choose either existing, or to recommend some elements of the healthcare system in Denmark.
