Práce se nejprve zaměřuje na vymezení pojmu jazykového tandemu, jeho historii a principy tandemové metody při výuce cizích jazyků. Dále jsou popsány vztahy českých a německých mladistvých s důrazem na jejich vlastní zkušenosti. Největší část práce je věnována zmapování oblasti působení česko-německých jazykových tandemů v České republice a přiblížení organizací, které tuto metodu výuky organizují či zprostředkovávají. V závěru práce jsou na základě dosavadních zkušeností účastníků tandemu vyhodnoceny výhody této alternativní metody učení a možnosti její optimalizace.. -- Abstrakt: The Bachelor Thesis deals with the Czech-German language tandem; its achievements, experience of participants and the possibility of its improvement. The first part is focused on the definition and the concept of language tandem for the teaching of foreign languages. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the analysis of participants' opinions from both countries about each other in order to find out whether there are possible negative stereotypes that could influence the success of the method. The main part of the thesis analyses the current situation of Czech-German language tandems in Czech Republic with the emphasis on the organizations that either organize or provide this teaching method. Regarding to the previous experience of participants in language tandems, the conclusion of the thesis evaluates the benefits of this alternative foreign language teaching method and it also gives the ideas of its optimization.
