Analýza malých a středních nemocnic v Libereckém kraji [rukopis] / Bedřich Černoušek. -- 2014. -- 66 l., [6] l. příl. : il., grafy, tabulky. -- Ved. práce Miroslav Barták. -- Abstrakt: Hlavní cíl této diplomové práce naplňuje analýza hospodaření šesti vybraných nemocnic, malého a středního charakteru, v Libereckém kraji. V úvodní části stanovuji cíle, uvádím použité metody a informuji o zdrojích dat, které byly využity pro vznik této práce. Následuje kapitola věnovaná zdravotnickým službám v České republice, kde jsou uvedeny informace, týkající se zdravotnických zařízení poskytujících zdravotní péči na území České republiky. Je zde uveden také vývoj zdravotnictví po roce 1950 a přehled o klasifikaci zdravotnických služeb. Dále se věnuji zdravotnictví na Slovensku, v Německu, Rakousku a v Polsku. Poté se zaměřuji konkrétně na nemocniční péči, uvádím její vývoj v průběhu historie, klasifikaci nemocnic a statistické a ekonomické informace z této oblasti zdravotní péče. Následuje kapitola zaměřená na Liberecký kraj, jeho demografickou strukturu a síť zdravotnických zařízení, kterými disponuje. V další části představuji zvolené nemocnice. Nejobsáhlejší kapitola se týká finanční analýzy aplikované na hodnoty z účetních výkazů vybraných nemocnic z uplynulých let. Práce je zakončena závěrečným hodnocením a diskuzí zjištěných výsledků.. -- Abstrakt: The main goal of this thesis is to analyse the management of six selected hospitals, of both small and large type, in the Liberec region. The introductory section sets out the goals, states the used methods and the information on the sources of data that were used for the creation of this thesis. It is followed by the chapter devoted to the health services in the Czech Republic, in this chapter there are mentioned information concerning the medical facilities providing the health care in the Czech Republic. There are also mentioned the development the health care after 1950 and the overview of the classification of medical services. Then the thesis deals with the health care in Slovakia, Germany, Austria and Poland. Then I focus specifically on hospital care, I mention its development in the course of history, the classification of hospitals and statistical and economic information from the area of health care. It is followed by the chapter focused on the Liberec region, its demographic structure and the system of its health care facilities. In the next part I present the chosen hospitals. The most comprehensible chapter concerns the financial analysis applied to the values of the financial statements of selected hospitals from the past years. The thesis ends with the final evaluation and discussion of the findings.
