Analýza struktury trestných činů s pravicově extremistickým podtextem [rukopis] / Veronika Brůžová. -- 2013. -- 143 l. : grafy, tabulky. -- Ved. práce Jan Charvát. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce se věnuje problematice pravicového extremismu a z něho vyplývajících trestných činů páchaných na území České republiky v letech 1996 až 2011. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí ? teoretické a praktické. Cílem práce je představit politický extremismus, zejména pravicový extremismus, v teoretické rovině a s ním souvisejí trestnou činnost, symboliku extremismu a její trestně právní charakter. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje popisu jednotlivých trestných činů s pravicově extremistickým podtextem, formami a způsoby páchání této trestné činnosti a charakteristikou pachatelů sledované trestné činnosti. Praktická část se pokouší pomocí analýzy výročních zpráv Ministerstva vnitra charakterizovat četnost trestných činů na celém území České republiky a zjistit, zda jejich vývoj odpovídá teorii vývoje české krajní pravice po roce 1989 Jana Charváta. Dále práce zkoumá skladbu pachatelů trestné činnosti s pravicově extremistickým podtextem podle pohlaví, věku, dosaženého vzdělání a předchozí trestné činnosti.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis deals with problems of right-wing extremism and crimes follows there from, committed in the territory of the Czech Republic from 1996 to 2011. The work is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. The aim is introduce political extremism, especially right-wing extremism in theoretical level and related to crimes, symbolism of extremism and its criminal character. Last chapter of theoretical part is devoted to the description individual crimes with right-wing extremist subtext, forms and methods of committing the crime and the characteristics of the offenders crimes monitored. Practical part tries by analyzing annual reports of the Ministry of the Interior to characterize the frequency of crimes in the whole territory of the Czech Republic and find out, if their development is consistent with the theory of evolution Czech the far right after 1989 Jan Charvát. The work research composition of crime offenders with right-wing extremist subtext by gender, age, education and prior criminal activity.
