První je část obecná, zaměřená na dětskou mozkovou obrnu a její klinický obraz, formy a průběh tohoto onemocnění. Tato část je dále věnována přidruženým vadám, které se u dětské mozkové obrny často vyskytují. Druhá, speciální část, se zaobírá ucelenou rehabilitací, kde rozebírá komplexní péči o děti s těžkým kombinovaným postižením. V této části je také nastíněn popis konceptu Bazální stimulace a její jednotlivé oblasti podpory. V hlavní, třetí části, se nachází kazuistika, kde je popsáno vyšetření klienta, aplikace terapie ve formě Bazální stimulace a na závěr práce se hodnotí výsledky terapie.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis consists of three parts. The first part is general, focused on cerebral palsy and its clinical picture, forms and the progress of this disorder. This part is also concerned with affiliated abnormalities, which often occure within cerebral palsy. The second part deal with comprehensive physical rehabilitation, where the complex care of children with serious combined handicap is analysed. Also, Basal stimulation concept description and its particular sections of support are outlined in this part. The main part is concerned with the casuistry: The examination of a client and the application of the therapy in form of Basal stimulation are described there. The results of the therapy are evaluated in conclusion.
