Optimalizace nákladů na tisk [rukopis] / Jiří Čížek. -- 2012. -- 53 l., [13] l. příl. : grafy, schémata, tab. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstrakt: Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zhodnocení stávajícího tiskového řešení a nalezení nového, které by mělo vést k výrazné úspoře nákladů. V teoretické části se zabývám finančním a manažerským účetnictvím, které jsou základním informačním zdrojem podniku, na jehož základě probíhá proces rozhodování. Dalším důležitým tématem teoretické části jsou náklady, jejich pojetí, klasifikace a na závěr i základní metody kalkulace. V praktické části analyzuji stávající tiskové řešení, které je ve zkoumaném podniku používané již řadu let a je tedy poměrně zastaralé a poruchové. Na výsledcích analýzy a požadavcích uživatelů jsem definoval parametry nového řešení, které budou součástí podmínek výběrového řízení. Z toho následně vzejde dodavatel nového řešení, který se tak stane partnerem při tvorbě nové tiskové politiky společnosti. Výsledkem mé práce je technická specifikace nového tiskového řešení a návrh na jeho financování. Tyto výsledky budou předloženy k posouzení a schválení managementu společnosti.. -- Abstrakt: The goal of my bachelor thesis is an evaluation of the existing printing environment and finding a new solution that should lead to the significant cost savings. The theoretical part deals with financial and management accounting, which is fundamental source of business information that serves as the basis for decision making. The costs, their concepts, classifications and at the end the basic calculation methods are another significant parts of the theoretical part of thesis. In the practical part I deal with the current printing solution that is used in the surveyed company for many years and is fairly outdated and faulty. The parameters of the new solution that will be used as a part of the conditions of a tender are defined on the basis of analysis results and user requirements. The supplier of the new solution, selected on the basis of tender, will become a partner during the process of new company printing policy creation. The result of my thesis is the technical specification of the new printing solution and the proposal for covering the budget. These results will be presented to the company management for review and approval.
