Po úvodní teoretické části, věnované fyzikálním vlastnostem hluku, jeho dopadům na lidské zdraví a chování ve volné krajině, bude zhodnocena současná situace a dopravně-geografická specifika dané oblasti. Po metodické části práce, která definuje postupy pro určení hlukové a dopravní zátěže ve vytipovaných lokalitách, bude zhodnocen současný vývoj strategického mapování. Další části práce se budou zabývat samotnou změnou dopravní a hlukové situace v oblasti po dostavbě obchvatu, zejména změnou počtu projíždějících aut centrem obcí a vlivem obchvatu z hlediska hlukové zátěže na vybrané části obcí.. -- Abstrakt: The subject of this thesis is evaluation of the transportation, geographical and noise aspects of the situation which would result from the planned construction of a road bypass in the area of towns Vědomice and Roudnice nad Labem. The first part is dedicated to the physical properties of noise, its effects on human health and its behaviour in open landscapes. It is followed by the evaluation of the current situation and geographical and transportation aspects of the given area. The methodical part, which defines methods of determining noise and transportation stress levels in the specified area, is followed by the evaluation of the current progress in strategic mapping. The other parts of the thesis are about the changes in the noise and transportation situation in the area as a result of the finished bypass. Specifically, it analyzes changes in the number of cars going through the center of town and the noise levels in specific parts of the towns.
