Obecná část obsahuje stručnou anatomii kloubu, klasifikaci revmatologických onemocnění a rozbor nejrozšířenějších artritid, včetně jejich patogeneze, klinického obrazu, průběhu, rizikových faktorů, diagnostiky, léčby a prognózy. Speciální část pojednává o ucelené rehabilitaci osob zdravotně postižených, ergoterapii u lidí s revmatickým onemocněním, zaměřuje se i na kompenzační pomůcky pro revmatiky, na zvládání jejich bolesti či na edukaci o tom, jak šetřit klouby i energii. V hlavní části jsou popsána vyšetření a ergoterapeutická působení u pacienta v konečném stádiu psoriatické artritidy.. -- Abstrakt: Bachelor thesis consists of three parts and deals with issues of rheumatic diseases. The general part contains a brief anatomy of joint, a classification of rheumatic diseases and an analysis of the mostly spread arthritis, including their pathogenesis, a clinical reflexion, a process, a risk factors, a diagnosis, a treatment and a prognosis. The special part deals with a comprehensive rehabilitation of physically disabled persons, an occupational therapy for people with rheumatic disease; this part also focuses on a compensation tools for rheumatics, on an encompassment their pain or on an education about sparing joints and energy. In the main part are described explorations and ergotherapeutical effects on a patient in a final phase of psoriatic arthritis.
