Kriminologické aspekty bezdomovectví [rukopis] / Jiří Vaníček. -- 2011. -- 84 l. : [14] l. příl. : il. + 1 CD-ROM. -- Ved. práce Vlastimil Řehák. -- Abstrakt: Bakalářská práce ?Kriminologické aspekty bezdomovectví? je zaměřena na sociálně patologické chování bezdomovecké populace v Chomutově a okolí. Má za úkol zjistit strukturu bezdomovců a jejich podíl na závadovém jednání v místech, kde se nachází. Teoretická část práce se věnuje osobám bez přístřeší z obecného pohledu, jako je vysvětlení pojmu bezdomovectví, historie, příčiny i formy této problematiky, dále se věnuje početnímu stavu bezdomovců, jejich sociální struktuře, délce bezdomovectví, zdravotnímu stavu i postoji společnosti k těmto lidem. Další částí je zmapování nejčastějších sociálně patologických jevů, se kterými jsou bezdomovci spojeni. Závěr teoretické části popisuje kriminogenní faktory, výskyt a příčiny delikventního jednání i bezdomovce jako oběti či pachatele závadového jednání a je zakončen prevencí tohoto jevu. Známé údaje jsou porovnávány s informacemi poskytnutými organizacemi, které jsou s bezdomovci v kontaktu. Praktická část byla vytvořena pomocí vyhodnocení anonymních dotazníků, které byly rozdány bezdomovcům.. -- Abstrakt: The bachelor thesis ?Criminological Aspects of Homelessness? focused on social pathological behaviour of the homeless population in Chomutov and surrounding localities. It takes the task to discover the composition of the homeless and their participation on wrongful acts in the locality where they stay. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with people without shelter from a general view, explains homelessness as a term of law, and sums the history, purposes and forms of this issue. It also brings the number of homeless people, their social structure, duration of their homelessness, their health condition and attitude of the society toward these people. Next part deals with the frequency of various social pathological phenomena in connection with behaviour of the homeless. Last chapter of the theoretical part describes criminogenic factors, occurrence and purposes of delinquent habits, the homeless as victims and offenders of wrongful acts, and in the end it brings the possibilities of precaution. Statistic values and data described in literature were confronted with information given by organisations which work directly with the homeless. Practical part was created on the basis of evaluation of questionnaires answered by the homeless.
