Cílem práce je analýza a zhodnocení možností financování MSP v ČR. Práce je členěna do třech hlavních částí. První kapitola obsahuje rešerši odborné literatury, klasifikaci podniků a možnosti jejich financování. Každá možnost financování zahrnuje výhody, nevýhody a příklady vhodného použití. Druhá kapitola aplikuje teorii na společnost MILLBA - CZECH a.s. Je provedena hloubková analýza společnosti: horizontální a vertikální analýza a rozbor možností financování společnosti. Blíže specifikována je možnost financování z dotačních fondů. Ve třetí kapitole je shrnutí a navrhovaná doporučení pro společnost MILLBA - CZECH a.s. Závěr hodnotí provedenou analýzu společnosti a tvoří obecná doporučení pro MSP.. -- Abstrakt: Thesis is focused on a range of financing and financial management of SMEs. The aim of the work is the analysis and evaluation of options for the financing of SMEs in the Czech Republic. The work is divided into three main parts. The first chapter contains a search technical literature, the classification of enterprises and the possibility of their financing. Each option includes the funding advantages, disadvantages, and examples of appropriate use. The second chapter applies the theory to the company MILLBA-CZECH a.s. is carried out a thorough analysis of the company: horizontal and vertical analysis. It is here analysed possibilities of financing of the company. Closer to the specified is the possibility of financing of subsidy funds. In the third chapter is a summary and recommendations for the company MILLBA-CZECH a.s. Conclusion assesses beyond the analysis of the company and consists of the general recommendations for SMEs.
