Teoretická část pojednává o příčinách delikvence mladistvých, motivaci páchání trestného činu a o prevenci delikventního chování. Dále jsou v teoretické části vysvětleny některé základní pojmy a účel zákona č. 218/2003 Sb., o soudnictví ve věcech mládeže. Cílem praktické části této práce je zjistit příčinu a motivaci delikventního chování. Příčina delikvence mladistvých byla zjišťována pomocí dotazníkové metody. Dotazník vyplňovali respondenti, kteří se setkali nebo se setkávají s mladistvými delikventy. Motivace páchání trestného činu byla zjišťována pomocí rozhovorů s mladistvými delikventy. V závěru jsou zjištěné poznatky shrnuty a výsledky vyhodnoceny. V přílohách najdeme rozhovory s mladistvými delikventy, dotazník, tabulky a grafy.. -- Abstrakt: This thesis is called Juveniles liability for illegal acts. The thesis is divided into the two parts. The first part is theoretical and the second is practical analysis. The theoretical part gives a compact view onto the questions of the causes of juvenile deliquency, the motivation committing a crime and the prevention of deliquent behavior. The theoretical part explains some basic concepts and purpose of the Act No.218/ 2003 of Juvenile Justice. To the practical part of this thesis is to determine the cause and motive of deliquent behavior. The cause of Juvenile delinquency was established using the questionnaire method. The questionnaire was filled in by respondents who met or meet with juvenile offenders. Motivation committing the crime was established through an interview with the juvenile. In conclusion, the findings are summarized and the results evaluated. In the last part we can find interviews with juvenile offenders, the questionnaire, tables and graphs.
