Case management v práci s cizinci v uzavřeném zařízení [rukopis] / Jan Koláčný. -- 2010. -- 53 l. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstrakt: Cílem této práce je podložit tvrzení, že lze v zařízení pro zajištění cizinců použít case management jako hlavní metodu práce. Toto tvrzení je založeno na dvou základních faktech: pojetí detence jako komunity a pojetí detence jako systému péče. Na tomto základě začala vznikat metodika sociální práce v ZZC. V práci popisuji proces vzniku metodiky práce a potíže kterým jsme čelili. Prvním krokem bylo definovat potřeby organizace, potřeby sociálních pracovníků a potřeby cílové klientely. Dalším krokem bylo definování cílové klientely se kterou v ZZC pracujeme. V poslední části popisuji vznik struktury metodiky a očekávání, které měla metodika naplňovat. Zároveň popisuji která očekávání se naplnit nepodařilo a jaká opatření bylo potřeba přijmout k jejich dosažení. V případové studii poukazuji na základní východiska a limity case managementu v ZZC. -- Abstrakt: The goal of this essay is to support the thesis that case management could be used as the main method of social work in the detention centre for foreigners. This thesis is based on two main facts: first the conception of the detention centre as a community, and second conception of the detention centre as a system of care. New methodology of social work has been developed on this basis. In this work I describe the process of the new methodology development and difficulties we have faced during the process. The first step was to define the needs of the organization, the needs of the social workers and the needs of our clients. The second step was to define our target clients that we work with in the detention centre. In the last part of the work I describe creation of the methodology structure and associated expectations. At same time I point to unfulfilled expectations and arrangements that were to be adopted to fulfil them. In the case study I describe initial points of work and limits of the case management in the detention centre for foreigners.
