V práci nechybí ani vysvětlení pojmu franchising, podmínky smlouvy a další.. -- Abstrakt: Cooperating with PROFIT system franchise services and Social-economic faculty of University J. E. Purkyně in Ústí nad Labem, a questionary research was worked up. On the basis of it, an offer of funding of this form of business, was made up. In difficult period of Economic crises it´s too hard to find out a financial institution, which will lend out money at interest, that are need to start running a business. This thesis is not absented of explaining the term franchising, conditions of a contract etc.
