Základem bude proniknout a analyzovat nová pravidla, jejich srovnání s předchozím stavem, pochopit stávající stav a posouzení možných dopadů na financování podniku. Na základě zjištěných skutečností nalézt a navrhnout informačně metodický materiál, který by usnadnil a osvětlil nová pravidla a zároveň byl případným manuálem firmám, které by tento způsob financování chtěli využívat.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis deals with the current thin capitalization rules in the Czech Republic and their impact on financing an enterprise and the business environment. It explains the current status of the rules after the significant tax changes in 2008. The thesis focuses on analyzing the new rules, comparing them with the previous framework and assessing the possible impacts on financing an enterprise. On the basis of the ascertained facts, it aims at proposing the most suitable method of explaining the new rules and at the same time it should serve as guidance to entrepreneurs that wish to finance their business by debt.
