Rekonstrukce odsávání brusírny a leštírny [rukopis] / Jiří Kramář. -- 2009. -- 46 listů, 10 listů příloh schémata, tab. + 1 CD ROM. -- Ved. práce Josef Soukup. -- Abstrakt: Tématem mé bakalářské práce je návrh rekonstrukce odsávání brusírny a leštírny ve firmě Alb forming spol. s r. o., Telnice. V úvodní části práce je zmíněna historie firmy a popsán současný stav odsávání brusírny a leštírny. Je provedena analýza tohoto stavu. Další část se zabývá rozborem problematiky odsávání, popisem jednotlivých součástí vzduchotechnických sítí a postupem výpočtu vzduchovodů. Na základě analýzy současného stavu je v hlavní části bakalářské práce řešen návrh nové rozvodné sítě, včetně výpočtů tlakových ztrát potrubí i odlučovače tuhých látek. K vyrovnání tlakových rozdílů jsou spočítány redukční clony. Umístění strojů a návrh rozvodné sítě je zpracován ve výkresové dokumentaci. V závěru práce je provedeno technicko-ekonomické porovnání návrhu se současným stavem.. -- Abstrakt: The topic of my bachelor thesis is a project of reconstruction of the grinding and polishing shop dust collection system in the company Alb forming spol. s r.o., Telnice. The opening part of the thesis describes the history of the company and the current state of the dust collection system. The theoretical part deals with dust collection systems in general and describes particular components of such complex systems. In addition to this,it also focuses on methods of calculations used for these purposes. The practical part of the thesis is based on the current state analysis including the project of the new air handling system and calculations of overall pressure loss. In order to level out pressure differences, there is an orifice plates sizing calculated. Arrangement of the machines and the project of the air handling system are included in the drawing documentation. In conclusion, the thesis gives a techno-economic comparison of the project and the current state of the dust collection system in the above mentioned company.
