Cílem této práce je identifikovat dopady evropských norem aplikovaných v České republice do nákladů a prosperity firmy aktivní v oblasti pohostinství a ubytovacích služeb na příkladu konkrétního podniku. V teoretické části, která je zpracována na základě odborné literatury, jsou porovnávány výhody a nevýhody současných a minulých legislativ, které upravují stravovací provozovny v České republice a vliv Evropské unie na normy v oblasti pohostinství. V praktické části analyzuji celkové náklady vynaložené na rekonstrukci penzionu, dále tvorbu cen a vývoj cen poskytovaných služeb za období 2005-2008. Závěrem této části vyhodnocuji návratnost celkových vynaložených investic a doporučuji další postup pro konkrétní firmu.. -- Abstrakt: My thesis deals with the efficiency standards applied by the European Union and the economic return on investment for reconstruction of the pension. The aim of this work is to identify the impact of European standards applied in the Czech Republic and prosperity in the cost of active businesses in the area of hospitality and accommodation services for example, a particular firm. In the theoretical part, which is prepared on the basis of scientific literature, are compared the advantages and disadvantages of current and past legislation governing food establishments in the Czech Republic and the impact of European Union standards in the field of hospitality. In the practical part analyzes the total costs incurred in the reconstruction of the pension, as well as pricing and the evolution of prices of services provided for the period 2005-2008. Finally, this section evaluates the return on total cost of investment and recommend further action for a specific company.
