The goal of this bachelor's thesis is to analyse the issues of financing and accounting of the association of flat and non-residential unit owners (hereinafter referred to as the association), primarily from the aspect of financing repairs, reconstruction and modernisation of the (panel) buildings and to compare them with similar problems of flat cooperatives.
