Autorka nejprve vyzdvihuje význam rozmachu města, který přinesl ve sledovaném období širokou škálu pozitiv. Dále předkládá komplexní analýzu následujících historických budov: Městské divadlo, kostel apoštola Pavla, restaurace Větruše a Wolfrumovy vily.. -- Abstrakt: The thesis describes architectonic dominant features of the town Ústí nad Labem, which were set up around the year 1900. In the first step, the author intends to support the significance of the town bloom, which brought in the observed period a huge range of positives. In the second step, the author tries to outline the complex analysis of following historical buildings: The City Theatre, The Apostle Pavel's Church, The Restaurant Větruše and Wolfrum's villas.
