Aktivizační činnosti a jejich význam u klientů s Alzheimerovou chorobou [rukopis] = Activation techniques and their significance for Alzheimer's patients / Hana Randáková. -- 2007. -- 59 s., 4 s. příl. : il., tabulky. -- Lic. smlouva. -- Abstrakt: Ve své práci se zaměřuji na gerontologické klienty, konkrétně na ty, kteří trpí Alzheimerovou chorobou. Ve zdravotnických zařízeních či zařízeních pro geronty jsou v rámci rehabilitace u klientů s Alzheimerovou nemocí stále častěji zařazovány aktivizační programy. Tyto programy za úkol udržet nebo vrátit funkční shopnosti klienta za pomocí vhodně určených mentálních nebo fyzických činností. Úspěšnou aplikaci aktivizačních činností ovlivňují podmínky, ve kterých je ergoterapie prováděna, ať už jde o podmínky materiální, technické, vztahy pracovníků ke klientům. Proto jsem se ve své práci zaměřila na porovnání používaných aktivizačních technik u klientů s Alzheimerovou nemocí v denním centru (nestátní organizace) a v domovech důchodců (státní organizace). Zajímá mne, zda jsou u těcho klientů zařazovány techniky, určené této cílové skupině, či aktivity určené všeobecně seniorům, jaký vliv či význam mají jednotlivé techniky na určité oblasti potíží klienta, jestli je některá z organizací v oblasti ergoterapie omezena finančně, či jakým způsobem byl vytvářen program jednotlivých technik. Zajímá mne, zda existuje rozdíl v nabídce aktivizačních činností v těchto zařízeních.. -- Abstrakt: The target of my thesis are gerontology clients, mainly those suffering from Alzheimer´s disease. Special activation programmes are more and more often incorporated in the health care institutions or old people´s institutions within the frame of physiotherapy of Alzheimer´s patients. The basic aim of these programmes is to maintain or give back the functional competencies to the clients through the use of appropriately determined mental or physical activities. Successful application of the activities is affected by the conditions in which the ergotherapy is performed. These conditions can be of material or technical nature, or relationships between the personnel and clients. That is the reason why I turned my attention in the thesis to the comparison of activation techniques used on clients with Alzheimer´s disease in daily centre (non-state/private organization) and retirements homes (state organizations). I examined whether the techniques used are specialized for the target group or for seniors in general, what influence and significance the individual techniques have in explicit areas of clients´ probleme, and also if any of these organizations are financially restricted in areas of ergotherapy, or in which way the programme of individua techniques was made. Next I am interested in the existence of differences in the offer of activities in these institutions.
