Dostupnost bydlení a její vnímání obyvateli města Ústí nad Labem / David Rohn. -- 2026. -- 61 listů : grafy. -- Vedoucí práce Jiří Uhman. -- Oponent Lucie Horáčková. -- Abstrakt: Dostupnost bydlení představuje v České republice dlouhodobě diskutovaný sociální problém, přičemž jeho podoba a intenzita se liší v závislosti na specifikách jednotlivých lokalit. Cílem této bakalářské práce je na základě dotazníkového šetření identifikovat hlavní bariéry dostupnosti bydlení ve statutárním městě Ústí nad Labem z pohledu vymezených věkových skupin obyvatel. Výzkum je založen na kvantitativním přístupu, který byl pro širší kontext doplněn o tematickou kategorizaci otevřených odpovědí. Kvantitativní data byla analyzována pomocí deskriptivní statistiky a nástrojů inferenční statistiky (Kendallův korelační koeficient tau-b, Kruskal-Wallisův test) pro zjištění závislostí a rozdílů mezi proměnnými. Výběr respondentů byl vymezen do tří věkových kategorií (18-35 let, 36-65 let a 66 let a více), přičemž byly sledovány i další znaky jako vzdělání, příjem či typ bydlení. Výsledky výzkumu ukazují, že za nejzávažnější překážky v dostupnosti bydlení jsou obyvateli města Ústí nad Labem považovány ekonomické faktory, dominantně disproporce mezi nízkou mzdovou úrovní a vysokými cenami bydlení. Bylo rovněž zjištěno, že ačkoliv je relativní finanční zatížení domácností mezigeneračně vyrovnané, nejvyšší míru nespokojenosti a obav z tržní situace vykazuje nejstarší věková skupina obyvatel. Závěry práce navíc poukazují na silnou společenskou poptávku po aktivnější roli samosprávy, přičemž jako nejpotřebnější řešení obyvatelé vnímají masivnější výstavbu nových městských bytů.. -- Abstrakt: Housing affordability has long been a subject of debate in the Czech Republic, with its nature and severity varying depending on the specific characteristics of individual localities. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to identify, based on a questionnaire survey, the main barriers to housing affordability in the statutory city of Ústí nad Labem from the perspective of specific age groups of the population. The research is based on a quantitative approach, which was supplemented by a thematic categorization of open-ended responses to provide a broader context. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and inferential statistical tools (Kendall's tau-b correlation coefficient, Kruskal-Wallis test) to identify relationships and differences between variables. Respondents were divided into three age categories (18-35 years, 36-65 years, and 66 years and older), while other characteristics such as education, income, and type of housing were also examined. The research results show that residents of Ústí nad Labem consider economic factors to be the most serious barriers to housing affordability, primarily the disparity between low wages and high housing prices. It was also found that although the relative financial burden on households is balanced across generations, the oldest age group exhibits the highest levels of dissatisfaction and concern regarding the housing market situation. Furthermore, the study's conclusions point to a strong social demand for a more active role by local government, with residents perceiving the construction of a larger number of new municipal apartments as the most necessary solution.
