(131 750/ 149 518) : tab. -- Ved. práce Michaela Fišerová. -- Oponent Tereza Arndt. -- Abstrakt: Diplomová práce Bioetika a psychologická péče o pacientku po interrupci se věnuje zkoumání etických a psychologických aspektů péče o ženy po umělém přerušení těhotenství. Cílem práce je prostřednictvím kritické diskursivní analýzy porovnat odborné etické a psychologické texty s autentickými svědectvími žen, které v České republice interrupci podstoupily. Práce se soustředí na to, jaký význam je v různých typech diskursu přikládán psychologické péči po interrupci, a odhaluje možné rozpory mezi odborným diskursem a zkušenostmi samotných žen. Pozornost je věnována také bioetickému rámci, v němž se tato problematika pohybuje, a analyzují se jeho potenciální limity. Výstupem je návrh, jak doplnit současnou bioetickou reflexi interrupce o aspekt dlouhodobé psychologické podpory žen, které tento zákrok podstoupily. Práce vychází z odborné literatury z oblasti bioetiky, psychologie, sociologie a právních předpisů a je doplněna o analýzu veřejně dostupných výpovědí žen (např. z médií, podcastů a online zpovědí).. -- Abstrakt: The thesis Bioethics and Psychological Care for women after an Abortion explores the ethical and psychological aspects of care for women following induced termination of pregnancy. The aim of the thesis is to compare professional ethical and psychological texts with authentic testimonies from women who have undergone abortion in the Czech Republic, using the method of critical discourse analysis. The thesis focuses on the significance attributed to psychological care after abortion across different discourse and reveals potential discrepancies between expert perspectives and the lived experiences of women. Attention is also given to the bioethical framework within which this issue is situated, and its potential limitations are analyzed. The outcome is a proposal for how current bioethical reflection on abortion could be enriched by the inclusion of long-term psychological support for women who have undergone the procedure. The thesis draws on professional literature in the fields of bioethics, psychology, sociology, and legal regulations, and is supplemented by an analysis of publicly available accounts of women (e.g., from media, podcasts, and online confessions).
